I help people find the parts of themselves they neglected, unravel who they really are in their unstuck wholeness, and create the life they always knew they were meant to live.

Who Do You Think You Are? 

You feel like you’ve lost your identity- or you’ve maybe never really known who you are. You’ve maybe been told who you are, or just didn’t feel like you fit into the world.

You’ve never properly understood what your place or purpose in the world has been, or should be. You’ve felt lost, scared and at times wondered what it’s all for - you just want it to stop.

I spent most of my life like this, thinking thoughts that no child, or adult, ever should. I had no idea who I was, what I wanted, or why I was here. And I felt completely alone in my pain.

Things changed for me 8 years ago, when I learned how to let go, live in presence and open my mind to the adventure of life, not the fear. Because our anxiety, depression, anger, sadness and fear are based on our past experiences, the stories they create in our minds and the truth we give those stories.

Now, I specialise in changing these Stories we tell ourselves: how they create our identity, inform the way we communicate and how that affects our relationships in every part of our lives. 

Who Do You Want to Be?

Using a multi-disciplinary, and intuitive, approach we work on the integration of the multiple parts of who you are, which complements and supports whole-person learning and transformation.  In our work, we combine coaching, mentoring & teaching for future-oriented focus, whilst honouring you, a unique individual - as a whole and complex being.  

All aspects of our lives contribute to our identity; they cannot be kept compartmentalised or separated.  Each part of us is ever-present, and interacts with our other parts. Self-sabotage occurs as a result of our individual experience and we look at the path of those experiences that result in trauma to the inner child.   

So multiple modalities are used, as shifts are made through growing self-awareness, enabling identification and resolution of long-held issues, followed by practical and actionable changes that enable a self-directed future. You learn how to live in the reality of Now, the only time there ever actually is, understand how the futures you experience is created by you, and for you. You will become the dreamer and creator of the life you want. This holistic therapeutic approach integrates who you really are with all aspects of your life. 

What Happens?

Decisions become easier, choices are made, not in reaction or fear, but are considered, aligned with your true identity, and made in confidence - the resilience you develop and the deep knowing of your values and boundaries.

Relationships become authentic and genuine because they are based on your true nature - you are able to be wholly yourself, and the people who see you love you just the way you are.

Conscious communication leads to peaceful and respectful interactions. You have a deeper understanding of how every person you meet has their burden of stories, and you find your empathy for them, as well as for yourself, becomes pivotal in how you live your life.

I passionately believe that we all have within us all the tools we need to succeed in our own individual ways, and live the life we were always supposed to have: sometimes we just need a little help to find them.

Who Works With Me?

My clients have had enough of the stories going around and around in their minds. To be my client, you should be ready to live - to change, to face your pains, blocks and fears, and be ready to do the deep work.

I work privately with individuals ready for personal or business development, and I facilitate shared experiences in classes, workshops and retreats.  There is always a way to work with me tat will change something in your life.

How Do Our Stories Affect Us?

Words have power; and the stories they create hold more power than we can imagine. Within them lie the truth and the creativity that we, as individuals in this vast human experience, can forget. They shape our imagination and our reality, our minds and our hearts, and can take us on the most profound discoveries of our lives.

The stories we are given, and carry, about ourselves throughout our lives tell us who we believe ourselves to be; they become our perceived self-identity, but are actually from the perspectives, assumptions and demands of others. We then absorb those identities and lose ourselves. These beliefs can lead to depression, anxiety, loss of ‘self’, and to difficulties in understanding ourselves and others, when there is a confusing, and yet deep, knowing that the person we’ve become isn’t the person we feel is buried underneath those stories.

These beliefs about ourselves, the people around us, and how the world works, inform how we communicate; whether we see our world as small and limiting, or wide and expansive, whether things are impossible or possible. Even the ability to imagine the life we want.

That includes the language we use to describe our world - the words we use, and the meaning we give them. Our communication & language affects our awareness, and so our relationship with others and ourselves; how we express ourselves and how we perceive & understand what others are saying – or not.  Communication is the basis of how humans interact, process and develop thought and belief.

And none of it is written in stone.  Humans have the ability to recognise, adapt, overcome - and to create whatever our imaginations can conceive.

There are several ways to work with me - individual, in relational pairs, in groups, for personal or career dreams.

You can work privately with me, individually and in relationship pairs (life partners, business partners, parent-child, siblings, friends).

Whether the support you want is personal or professional, sessions are tailored to your specific needs and preferences, depending on what is required; from direct no-nonsense accountability & coaching to more gentle, trauma-informed inquiry methods, using a combination of practices means that all aspects of our lives, and the challenges we experience, are integrated to support mental wealth.

Your learning style, neuro-variability, and your required level of emotional release are guided by you.  And these can shift as you progress along your plan, and indeed can be different every week. We are flexible where flexibility is needed, firm where it is required.

Your road map is as unique as you; we write it together, we adjust it together, and we see it through together.

Or you can be part of group experiences, which are wonderful communities of women who are on the same path as you. 

The support and inspiration that comes from sharing these experiences are life-changing; there is a magic in the feeling, and knowing, that although your stories may be different, you are not alone in the sameness of your human experience.
