Leave your mask at the door, and come as you are to spend time with other women who want to lay down the weights of their everyday lives to be in a space of restorative, inspiring, and healing energy and conversation.

Women need each other just as much as we always did, but the community that feeds our souls is often hard to find in our busy and noisy lives. And often advice and comparison adds to that weight - sometimes we just want to say the words out loud, or find out how others navigate life’s more unsettled waters.

Join me the first Wednesday of each month in the hut, or even on the beach in lovely weather. We drink tea (or hot chocolate!), share sweet treats and savoury snacks, along with our our woes and our joys, tears and giggles, in the spirit of simple connection.

We may do a little woo - a guided meditation, a card pull to help with genuine reflection, some beautiful music with a story to tell, maybe share words from books or songs that inspire us or push us to contemplation, listen to the wind, the rain or the waves.

But simple and gentle are the key words. A space for stories and silence, where we can be totally ourselves, for just a little while.

Each session is 90 minutes, but can go longer, no rush.
