Let’s Get Started - (3 Sessions, 90 minutes each) - Personal coaching to help you with a decision or goal; understand where you are, how you got here, where you want to go, and the first steps to making it happen. Business coaching to get your ducks in a row on a project or decision that requires analysis, focus and creative development
Make a Difference - (6 Sessions, 90 minutes each) - When you know you need to go a little deeper to uncover the roots of some pains and challenges, in order to move forward with clarity. We start with where you are, we create space to explore your thoughts, beliefs, emotions and patterns, to confront your fears and pains, and rediscover your true potential. Shifts are made though growing self-awareness, enabling identifications of long-held issues, followed by practical and actionable changes that enable a self-directed future.
Change Your Story, Change Your Life - (12 Sessions, 90 minutes each) - (Re)Claiming your identity after loss, life change, depression, or trauma. Understand your beliefs, thoughts and feelings, to uncover your patterns and personal saboteurs. Learn to identify the part of you that work for you and those which work against you, with an understanding of their purpose and potential. This deeper dive is accompanied by nervous system resourcing and strategies for clarity of thinking, grounding, and moving forward: develop your resilience, strengths and autonomy for a self-directed life of creativity, ease, happiness and peace.
Somatic Therapy & Conscious Life Coaching (Trauma-based) are available in blocks of 3, 6 and 12.
Trauma-Aware Life Coaching
As a coach, I can guide you, using traditional and pure coaching methods, to clarify your own thoughts, decide the actions you want to take, and crate a solutions-focused plan. Pure coaching, through simple questions and conversations, allows you to access the deep knowledge you already have about what you want, but are maybe unsure how to decipher in situations where confusion or doubt are strong.
As a trauma-trained therapist I can hold space for any deeper wounds that arise, noticing patterns, thoughts, feelings that you may have trouble accessing or processing. This means I am perfectly placed to help you if or when these issues arise. We can talk about them and find ways to work around them, but many of my clients want to know more about their patterns, in which case we move to deeper somatic / trauma mentoring and therapy. The choice will always be yours, and we decide together how to progress.
We’re a good fit if…
You’re ready to do the deep work: you want to repair what’s hurting, face your challenges head on, and you’re willing to be uncomfortable for a while because you know that through it is true freedom. You want to work with someone who is gentle and empathetic, but will also be firm, holding you to account where it is necessary.

You’re ready to do the work every day, and that includes the self-development and practice tasks I give you between sessions. You know I can teach you, coach you, guide you, but it is YOU who must do the work to get the results. You value my work in pushing you to be your best.
You understand that making these changes for yourself will lead to real happiness, and that the effects on those you love will be worth every moment of introspection, sadness, bravery and strength. Discovery Call & Ongoing Support
Things change, develop & grow with time. What we want isn’t always what we need. Growth & healing can be quicker than we fear, or need more attention that we realise.
During our discovery call, we’ll determine which timeframe sounds like a good plan for you. Sessions can be taken weekly, fortnightly, or monthly - we’ll agree those terms when you’ve booked your sessions. And they’re moveable - after all, flexibility is a healthy way to work.

Between sessions, you will have email support: to remind you what came up during our sessions; to give you exercises to practice techniques; or resources to further reinforce and support your progress.
You will also have text message support for any little questions, niggles or worries that you want addressed straight away. Often, thoughts come up in the day or two following a session, and can easily be forgotten before the next. I believe it is important to address these as they arise, so I’m available to you to ensure you feel fully supported.
