Join this 3 Week In-Person Program to Escape the Self-Sabotage Loop, Get Unstuck and Understand Your Patterns

As this follows the Self-Sabotage & Procrastination Masterclass, you will also receive the recording of that masterclass as a pre-learning boost.

During this 3-Week Mini-Course you will:

  • Deeper dive into attachment trauma - recognise the importance of awareness and non-blame.

  • Understand all the fear profiles - how they show up, and how they’re healed.

  • Dive deeper into the saboteurs in you - and learn how to disarm them.

  • Powerful visualisation practice for letting go without fear - make space for happiness, adventure and peace of mind.

  • HSPs, trauma, AHDH and Identity - understand your development and motivations.

  • Practices for presence, mindfulness awareness of emotion and pattern.

  • Workbook for your personal notes, with reflections and forward steps.


Week One: Understanding Past & Patterns

In our first two-hour session we will do a deeper dive into how our patterns get stuck in our subconscious, with a focus on:

  • Looking deeper at your fear responses and complete the work started in the masterclass on fight, flight, freeze and fawn.

  • Looking at each of the saboteurs within us all, and how they show up in you. You will identify your dominant patterns.

  • Working in more detail on your own personal dominant saboteur linking it to your own experiences.

  • Daily practice journaling to increase your ability to notice daily habits of procrastination.

Week Two: Rewiring the Mind - Strategies for Change

In our second session we will focus on rewiring the subconscious mind and altering self-sabotage patterns with a focus on:

  • Understanding how neuroplasticity enables patterns to be broken with practice.

  • Learning cognitive practices to challenge your own thinking in order to change behaviour.

  • Experience a meditation you can practice regularly to help you let go of long-held fears and unwanted baggage.

  • Practice mindfulness techniques to reconnect you to your body and emotions in order to create the pause, calm and clarity required to make aligned and positive decisions.

  • A daily journaling practice to notice positive changes.

Week Three: Developing Your Gifts & Building Resilience

In our third session we will future-focus:

  • Identify how your gifts are your greatest strengths and how to use them to choose your responses.

  • Understand the science of habit-formation and the role of persistence and consistency.

  • How to identify potential obstacles and plan for set-backs, including adaptability and flexibility.

  • Develop a growth-mindset: the resilience to keep going when things get hard.

  • Understand how your values will keep you on track - a practical exercise.


Each session will be live, for 2 hours. They will begin with a grounding into a place of calm and acceptance.

You will have a workbook in which you can make your own notes, particularly during the exercises.

Whats App support is available between each session, and after the Session Three for any questions and queries.

This is especially true if something comes up that you struggle with and want clarification on. You are asked and encouraged, should something difficult arise that you need to talk about, to chat with me via Whats App (voice notes or text).
