What is it?
The Wild Words Workshop is a space to rediscover the words buried beneath the noise of everyday life.
You’ll explore self-expression and reconnect with your authentic voice through guided writing exercises, somatic practices, and creative reflection.
This is not a traditional writing class. It’s not about perfect sentences or polished pages—it’s about freeing your thoughts, reclaiming your inner truth, and finding clarity through your own words.
This workshop is designed for writers of all levels—whether you’re crafting a memoir, shaping a novel, or simply seeking a therapeutic way to process your thoughts and emotions.
Through guided exercises, somatic practices, and creative prompts, you'll discover the power of words to heal, transform, and inspire.
Whether you’ve always loved writing or are just beginning to explore it, this workshop welcomes you into a safe, supportive space.
